NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP) APPOINTMENTS:
New Patient Assessment (60 minutes): $265 to $295
Follow-up appointments: $160 (30 min)

NURSE HEALTH APPOINTMENTS:

KETAMINE INFUSION TREATMENT PACKAGES:
Bloom Ketamine Package - $2900

• 8 Ketamine Sessions (completed within 1 month)

Ketamine A La Carte Package - beginning at $3280

• 8 Ketamine Sessions  ($359 each)
• 3 Visits with a Member of Our Provider Team  ($160 - $200 each)

​​ADMINISTRATIVE CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT:
Booked in 15 minute blocks billed at $25/block

Most services with Dr. Webb are a 30 minute minimum, and services not listed above are typically billed at a minimum rate of $185/30 minutes, including any unusual requests such as longer appointment times, or assistance with schools, letter writing, or to assist with a request also being processed by our nurses or administrative assistants. Please note that prices are typically the same regardless of whether the consultation is in person, by telehealth, or by phone. Forensic or court related matters are typically billed starting at $500/hr with a min of $2500/day.
